Salesforce Intermediate Developer
Full Time Remote
The position:
As an Intermediate Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions to optimize client systems and streamline business processes. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact.
Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder, and security settings.
Perform unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality of solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address feedback.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security principles.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Data Loader).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, French is a plus)
Desired:
Experience working with several clients (internal or external) concurrently in a consulting role
Experience working with a Salesforce Partner, or in medium to large Salesforce projects
Knowledge of Salesforce™ API, Middleware technologies, data mapping
Budget/Timeline management experience and related client communications
Managing your billable time goals
Current residence in Canada

Salesforce Intermediate Administrator
Full Time Remote
The position:
Work with defined system requirements to build declarative solutions (Salesforce Admin)
Set up and support clients’ Salesforce™ environments, Salesforce™ Administration
Eventually learn to conduct communications with client, presentations, training sessions, demos
Required:
Salesforce ADM 201 and other certifications are strong assets
2+ years working with Salesforce™ technologies (Admin and/or Dev are both acceptable)
Gathering requirements, knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud and/or other products such as, Community (Experience), Commerce, and/or Marketing Cloud, Pardot
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, French is a plus)
Desired:
Experience working with several clients (internal or external) concurrently in a consulting role
Experience working with a Salesforce Partner, or in medium to large Salesforce projects
Knowledge of Salesforce™ API, Middleware technologies, data mapping
Budget/Timeline management experience and related client communications

Sales experience such as creating demos, sales documents, SoW’s, ROM and WBS (highly desired)
