Senior Salesforce Consultant
Full Time Remote
The position:
Lead Salesforce™ projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful implementation for clients.
Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and design declarative and programmatic solutions.
Provide ongoing support, administration, and optimization of clients’ Salesforce™ environments.
Facilitate client communications, presentations, training sessions, and demos.
Mentor and guide junior consultants on best practices and project execution.
Required:
Salesforce ADM 201 and other relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NPSP, Data Cloud) are strong assets.
5+ years working with Salesforce™ technologies, with a strong background in consulting, administration, and implementation.
Experience leading Salesforce™ projects for non-profit organizations or similar mission-driven entities.
Proven ability to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and configure Salesforce™ products, such as Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
