The position:

Senior Salesforce Consultant

Full Time Remote

The position:

  • Lead Salesforce™ projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring successful implementation for clients.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and design declarative and programmatic solutions.

  • Provide ongoing support, administration, and optimization of clients’ Salesforce™ environments.

  • Facilitate client communications, presentations, training sessions, and demos.

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants on best practices and project execution.

Required:

  • Salesforce ADM 201 and other relevant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, NPSP, Data Cloud) are strong assets.

  • 5+ years working with Salesforce™ technologies, with a strong background in consulting, administration, and implementation.

  • Experience leading Salesforce™ projects for non-profit organizations or similar mission-driven entities.

  • Proven ability to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and configure Salesforce™ products, such as Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; French is a plus).

Desired:

  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects concurrently in a consulting role.

  • Previous experience working with a Salesforce™ Partner or on medium-to-large Salesforce™ implementations.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce™ APIs, middleware technologies, data migration strategies, and integration with Zapier.
