Wayne is a six-time certified Salesforce professional with expertise in directing, training, and support for four large-scale CRM implementations of 500+ end users. Widely recognized for mentoring and inspiring team members of various technical roles and experience.

Prior to joining Wingate Group, Wayne worked as a Salesforce Consultant, supporting a new Financial Services Cloud implementation.

Andrew is our core Salesforce expert, specializing in adapting Sales Cloud and industry-specific applications. He leads the delivery team through successful planning, design & monitoring. He loves helping clients succeed with honesty, candor & simplicity.

Before joining Wingate Group, he worked as a Salesforce system administrator and consultant for 10+ years across many industries including finance, healthcare & nonprofit.

As strategic leader of Wingate Group, Brad heads team development & culture. With his forward-facing approach, Brad is constantly learning about new businesses and industries, and finding ways to innovate. Brad most enjoys improving sales processes & automations, as well as ideating new cloud applications for the Salesforce ecosystem.

Before founding Wingate Group Brad amassed significant experience in sales, recruiting, and marketing across a variety of industries including manufacturing & technology.

Tim is a Salesforce development lead with a focus on software engineering and pursuing expertise in machine learning. He is our core technical lead in charge of setting up project teams. A teacher and mentor within the organization, Tim also leads our research and development projects.

Before arriving at Wingate Group, Tim worked as a software engineer, amassing projects in the pharmaceutical, auction, and entertainment industries.

Justin is a leader in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions. He’s skilled at breaking down complex problems and effectively communicating solutions with business & technical teams alike.

Formerly a Solutions Architect at both Slalom and Salesforce, Justin has experience translating business requirements into sound technical solutions. His primary focus has been for clients in the finance, energy & telecom industries.

Saurav is a Sales Cloud & CRM Analytics expert with a Masters in Computer Science. Saurav leverages his organizational abilities to boost the success of client projects.

Prior to joining Wingate Group, Saurav worked as a business analyst for Morgan Stanley. He brings experience in the finance, technology & startup worlds to his role.

Jerry specializes in technical solutions and implementing declarative & programmatic automation. He offers expertise in Pardot, Sales Cloud & CRM Analytics. Jerry’s realistic appraisal of challenges, and ability to deliver honest feedback contribute to client success.

Before joining Wingate Group, Jerry was a Salesforce Developer working in the energy and real estate industries.

Konstantin specializes in expertly adjusting Salesforce infrastructure, with a focus on Sales Cloud & B2B Commerce. His standards-aware approach and eye for detail make him invaluable to any Salesforce project.

Prior to his work in Salesforce, he worked in automation and electrical engineering, which has afforded him deep insights into the manufacturing industries.

Christopher specializes in development, QA and test automations within Salesforce. He’s an expert when it comes to Lighting, Visualforce and Salesforce applications. He is valued for his quality of communication, and the honest feedback he provides on projects.

Before Wingate Group, Christopher enjoyed a 10 year career as a full stack developer in the insurance, mining and legal industries.

MJ is a skilled Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce Cloud developer. Excited by new challenges, she is a true end-to-end developer, taking projects from system design through to completion.

Prior to Wingate Group, MJ worked as a full stack developer working in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML/CSS & Apex. Her experience spans the search engine, finance & news media industries.

Alex is a B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics expert. His technical skill and ability to lead projects makes him a valued part of Wingate’s team.

Prior to this role, Alex was a Salesforce technical consultant working for a consulting agency. This provided him with experience in a range of industries - from wealth & property management, to insurance and energy.
